What are the modes of payment?

We accept payment through BPI Bank Transfer/Online Deposit and GCash only. View our complete payment details here.
How long until I get my orders?

Shipping lead times are 1-3 days for Metro Manila. As for provincial locations, your orders will arrive within 3-5 days from shipping date.
Do you accept same day delivery?

No we do not. We only offer same day pick up. Our cut off for same day pick up orders is 3pm.
How much is shipping fee?

We have a blanket shipping fee of P180 for PH deliveries.
Do you have a return and exchange policy?

Exchanges are allowed within 7 days upon receipt of the item granted that the item is unworn and unwashed with the tags intact.
We will only accept returns if they are flawed or damaged before shipping. Should this be the case, shipping cost for the return and exchange will be shouldered by us. If the items have been damaged during transit, returns or exchanges will not be allowed.
Returns for other reasons may be accepted upon our discretion. Should they be approved, the returned item can only be replaced by items of the same amount or higher. Items chosen for exchange will only be reserved for a maximum of 5 days if additional payment is needed. Shipping costs for returns and exchanges must be shouldered by the buyer.
We do not allow returns or refunds due to change of mind. Once payment has been made all sales are final and payment can no longer be refunded.
How do I wash and care for my item?

To preserve the beauty and structure of your Silvie Studios piece, we recommend handling with care.
Dry clean recommended for best results, especially for satin, silk, and structured fabrics
If hand washing, use cold water and mild detergent only
Do not bleach or use harsh chemicals
Do not tumble dry — gently reshape and lay flat or hang to air dry
Use a low heat steam or iron on the reverse side if needed
Store in a cool, dry place, preferably hung to maintain the garment’s silhouette
